Andrea Little

Psychologist and Founder


Andrea has been a registered psychologist for over 20 years, treating adolescents and adults.

Her clients find her approach to be warm, welcoming, and grounding. Combined with a holistic approach to wellness, Andrea thrives on helping her clients feel comfortable so that they can safely and openly explore what is holding them back in life. It is within this safe and authentic space, that you can gain clarity and bring more meaning into your lives.

Her preferred treatment modalities are Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Solution-focused Therapy, EMDR, and Mindfulness, and she particularly enjoys treating mood disorders, anxiety and panic, grief, trauma, relationship and work difficulties, stress, perinatal issues, sleeping difficulties, and burnout, amongst other issues.

Andrea is also a yoga teacher and trauma-sensitive yoga therapist.

Outside the therapy room, you will find Andrea ferrying her children around, doing yoga, reading about body/mind/spiritual health, and taking long walks with her border collies.

Anna Lagana

Counsellor- Mindful Body Counselling

Anna is a counsellor registered with the ACA (Australian Counselling Association). Her caring and gentle approach can assist in guiding you through life’s complex and difficult matters. Anna believes in the importance of the therapeutic relationship and creating a safe, non judgmental space for you to explore your concerns and support you through them.

Your sessions with Anna will be collaborative, where she aims to guide you using treatment modalities such as Cognitive Behavioural therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Solution Focused Therapy. Anna is trauma informed and she enjoys implementing elements of mindfulness into sessions. With a particular interest in supporting women with self-esteem concerns, who want to find their voice and purpose, communicate their needs, set boundaries and have more meaningful relationships, amongst other concerns such as depression and anxiety.

Outside of work, you will likely find Anna on a beach walking her dog Buttons, reading or doing some Pilates.
