Andrea’s love for yoga started 22 years ago when she attended her first yoga class on a trip to Singapore. Since then, Andrea has deepened her practise by completing a 200-hour yoga teacher training course with Dancing Warrior Yoga, as well as a Trauma-Sensitive Yoga Therapy course with Trauma Sensitive Yoga Australia. The benefits of yoga are well documented, and for Andrea, the seamless connection between body, mind and breath is what makes the practise of yoga so special.

Andrea’s preferred style of yoga is hatha vinyasa because of the flow sequence of carefully selected poses that create strength and flexibility, and also incorporate concentration, breathwork and meditation.
